I Need A Man, Not A Boy

I am single. Yes I am. As much as its painful to keep on repeating it, I found myself smiling. Yes I did. I don't know how many times should I explain on my status to people, but as long as I am happy, I will answers it in smile. No worries.

I'm not a pretty, cute, lovely, gorgeous girl that every guy chase or crazy for. and, well, I'm also not the kind of girl who go and chase guy. Please, I was raised by a conservatives family who still thinks that a girl should be at the kitchen, cooking for the husband. Anyway, the situation changed little by little. Yet,  I'm  not the girl who knew how to cook and yes, I go to work as normal guy do. Its common nowadays. Something that is still not change is,  I'm  not chasing guys! I'm not that desperate to have a boyfriend or husband, even though I am almost 30. So what? who says that girl should be married before 30? Why is the big effing hurry? Am I gonna die if I'm yet to marry someone when I turn to 30? HELL NO!

There;s a few reasons why I'm still single:
1) I'm not pretty enough. guys did not chase for me.
2) I'm not genius and hell no I'm not dumb enough to attract guys.
3) I'm not social enough (sorry guys, but I don't do drugs, alcohol, ciggies and hell no to sex before marriage)
4) I'm not rich enough. Guys nowadays seems to be attracted to money. Haha

As much as guys always says that looks is not that important, hey don't believe them. Coz looks definitely plays the major rules in relationship.

A lot of guys does not consider themselves as a boy. None of them wants to be compared to Justin Bieber. No guys admits that they act childish.

Well, you know what? Most of them, and yes I mean most of them has shown lesser maturity compared to JB. Bieber knows how to treat his lady right. He is the kind of guy every girls dream of. He care about her so much and loves and pampers so much.

I don't need all those fancy attraction and attentions. Just show me that you are serious. Asking me to drive you anywhere cannot be considered as serious. If you are serious and have no transportation, then come to my house and I'll lend you my car. But, please be considerate. Asking me to go to an event, function or festivals by myself and you will meet me there, is not considered as loving me. It means that I'm not good enough for you.

Yes, I know I'm an independent girl. But, seriously, like seriously... oh come on! Be a gentleman! I thought metro-sexual guys know more on being a gentleman! Man up guys! Anyway, most of the guys nowadays are a lot lesser gentleman compared to JB.

Faith in humanity crashed! ='(

Sungai Sendat Picnic - Almost Tragedy

It was a lovely Saturday morning. We are about 20 people in a group which consist of Sukses Team (Indonesian Speaker) and the top management, heading to Sungai Sendat for a farewell cum picnic. it was all nice. We are taking pictures and preparing the BBQ.

I was somehow a bit tired from last night. i was preparing all the foods and finishes up around 4.30 in the morning. And we started the journey at about 7.30 in the morning. so, i was so tired, sleepy and all that.

After breakfast, all of them decide to go for a swim at the waterfall. it was cold and comfy. so, there they go. i choose to stay at the camp site, eat and sleep. so do isis, birdy and abg lizi.

its not long i guess, i heard all of them making noises. i was thinking is time to go back? have i slept too long? i take a look at my watch and sure that it was just about 45 minutes since they said they want to go for a swim.

it was chaotic and so noisy. i was almost angry as my sleep was disturbed. hahahahha
they was so eager talking and i was not even listening. but then, i have to surrender, and so i wake up, asking them why do they finish so early? everybody start delivering all the information to me. hahahah... and i cant even catch up with all they said.

What I understand is they all almost drown. the reasons that they told me is a boy who just came tries to impress these bunch of girls and jump from the cliff. little that he know that the river is quite deep and the best thing is he doesn't know how to swim. so, he start panicking, grab a girls hands, and this girl grab another person and so on. all this people are now in the middle of the pond and none of them know how to swims. so, everybody start panicking and it became worst. And there is a guy called Imam, who know how to swim, swim up to the bunch of those panic people, went down the river, and push them up all the way. but, as we all know, panic people are not easy to control. they kicked imam down and he almost drowned himself.

Thank God, there is a saviour. A few people who knows how to swim jump down and help the up. so, everybody safe.

what do we learnt here? Stop acting like a douche bag! learn how to swim if you want to impress a girl! Its ok if you cant save people, at least save yourself 1st!!!!!!!

R.E.S.P.E.C.T

Pardon My English

I'm not an English speaker. I can barely speak in front of others. I know my English is still in basic level. However, i'm still blessed that i can understand what people are saying.

My parents can't speak English at all. from my childhood up until i am now, i learnt English by myself. yes, i do go for a tuition and all, but its my willingness that took me to this level.

Thank God i'm not a quality analyst or quality assurance specialist. if i am, i bet i will be a joke to all of the people whom I audited on their communication quality.

This is what happen in my work place. This is not the 1st time i misunderstood of what exactly my QA inquire. Previously, he ask me on what is the action plan to curb the misconduct repetition in my office. I provide them with not one but 3 action plans. Then, they replied me back by saying they want to know what action has been taken towards the offenders and not action plans. see the difference now? Action plan and action taken. from my understandings (based on my basic English), action plan should be for the future and action taken should be for the past.

well, i might be wrongly understand their statement. so i said to myself. and i prepared my justification of what is the action taken towards the offenders.

A few weeks later, which came yesterday, i was sent the same email content again saying 'dear ms Susie, please state the action plan for below agent as it involves rebate of RM7k bla bla bla....'.

OK, so my head was spinning around and splash back to the previous incidents. so i replied 'dear xxx, as an Ops Team, the only thing we can do is to coach the agent to avoid repetition and issued a warning letter. I don't have the rights to inform whether agent needs to pay the penalty of RM7k and bla bla bla........'. And guess what? he replied me in a sarcastic way 'dear Susie, i want the action plan, not the action taken!'

Errrr.... HELLLOOOOO!!! Made up your mind please!!! You have been sending a few emails without knowing the exact thing you asked for. How am i suppose to know what you are thinking currently! And 2nd of all, i am in a higher position than you! Spare me some respect. how can i trust you of advising my agents to be polite and all when you don't have manners yourself? 3rd of all, shouldn't the initiatives come from your side? this is quality that we are talking about!! NONSENSE IDIOTS!

Anyway, forgive me if i dont understand your words structure. I may not burst up if you explain what exactly you need from me. Respect people. Dont be a jerk. you are not that genius and hot anyway...

RESPECT! and try to learn English will you? Malu la QA pun x pandai English!! MALLLLLUUUUUUU!!!!

Ada Benda Yang Layak Didiamkan - Something Worth Silence

As some of you might know, im working in a telecommunication industry. Senang kata company yang membekalkan service telefon.

In the year of 2012, customer are getting too demanding. Guna x seberapa, tp demand mengalahkan menteri yg guna RM10k bill sebulan. Nak handphone free la, nak waive usage la... tak kurang jugak pengguna yang bodo tp berlagak pandai. Guna smart phone, tp akal x se-smart mana. Kena internet usage, mula nak melalak. OK, enough about customer. As always customer selalu fikir diorg betul. And after working in this customer service industry, i have made known to all the situation and sometimes people are just plain idiots and stupid. i am myself a customer but never in my life thinking of taking advantage of what i am using/subscribe of.

Anyway, bukan nak ckp pasal customer pun. But yesterday's meeting really caught and stuck in my head. Hahah...
Here we are discussing about difficult customer who demanding for a smart phone as a token of appreciation, in this case Samsung Galaxy S3, when this customer's average usage is only RM50. So, we are discussing and our client claims that in this kind of situation, we are able to grant the customer's wish, looking at his loyalty of about 10 years with us. But, to give him a smart phone as his request is quite absurd. they might consider of low budget phone as Nokia or Sony Ericsson. and the discussion goes bla.. bla.. bla.. bla.....

Little that we know. my BOSS tell all of us that he gonna get his father to call in to our call centre and demand the same as the customer. Errrr, HELLLOOOOOOOO!!! We do know that your dad are our customer but having to share that with your client? a BIG NO NO NO!!!! How can you share this to your client? Oh my GOD!!! It like saying 'all the customer can get free phone if they raise their voice'. WHAT THE HELLLL????

My client, as expected, just showing some smirk. i was so embarrassed!!!

Just to let him know, that some thing are worth silence. Diam itu emas.
